I had a great time at the casino! The outdoor gaming area is a rare gem for smokers and the live music was surprisingly good! My room was clean and the bathroom was especially nice.

our stay at parkwest bicycle casino was fantastic! the junior suite was a lovely upgrade and really comfy. the bed felt amazing, the bathroom was spacious, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. we also enjoyed the relaxing massage service. the location is perfect for getting to downtown easily. There are plenty of dining options nearby.

The Junior Suite was a comfortable retreat, featuring a spacious bathroom and a cozy bed. Staff provided friendly service, making check-in and check-out seamless. However, parking can be challenging at night due to the busy casino crowd, and access to the bar was restricted one evening, which was disappointing after a long day. On the positive side, the coffee shop's iconic sandwiches are definitely a highlight.

Enjoyed the spacious and modern room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Bathroom had great water pressure in the shower. Cleaning staff did a good job keeping everything tidy. The lobby and pool area felt inviting, and the fitness facilities were well-equipped. Valet parking made it easy, but sometimes the wait for my car was longer than expected. Dining options were decent. the bar had a happy hour with good drink specials. However, check-in took a bit longer than I liked. Had an issue where housekeeping didn't provide enough coffee pods, so I had to ask for more. Front desk staff were friendly, but I think management could handle complaints better. Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but the positives outweighed the negatives for me. I’d return with some tweaks needed on service efficiency.

Had a great time with my friends at this hotel! We enjoyed the dance fountain and had fun at a nearby theme park in Hollywood. The hotel has comfy rooms with modern amenities. Definitely a solid choice for a group getaway!

One downside was the noise level in the restaurant. the live band's volume made it tough to chat with friends during dinner.
